A fabulous recipe for Blueberry Buckle; it's bursting with fresh blueberries and topped with a crumb streusel.

INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE TOPPING:
½cupall-purpose flour
½cuplight brown sugar
2tablespoonsgranulated sugar
¼teaspoonground cinnamon
Pinch
of salt
¼cupunsalted butter(softened, cut into 8 pieces)
FOR THE CAKE:
1½cupsall-purpose flour
1½teaspoonsbaking powder
10tablespoonsunsalted butter(softened)
⅔cupgranulated sugar
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoongrated lemon zest
1½teaspoonsvanilla extract
2eggs(at room temperature)
4cupsfresh blueberries((20 ounces))
DIRECTIONS:
1.Make the Topping: With an electric mixer, combine the flour, sugars, cinnamon, and salt on low speed until well combined, about 45 seconds. Add the butter and continue to mix on low speed until the mixture resembles wet sand and no large butter pieces remain, about 2½ minutes. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside.
